Registration will open on February 1st, 2023 and will close on February 28th, 2023. No registration will be taken into account after this deadline.
Registration is mandatory for all participants of the One Forest Summit, i.e. also for those in charge of specific activities such as the organization and setting up of streams, exhibitions and related events.
Participation fees (travel, accommodation, etc.) are the responsibility of the participant.
Participating candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter in the registration form. Applicants who enter invalid email addresses or incorrect names will be disqualified. For security reasons, the names
must be entered as they appear on the identity document (passport or equivalent) carried by the participant in the One Forest Summit.
Make sure to use only the international alphabet (A to Z or a to z) when filling out the registration form.
You will receive an automatic email confirming that your participation request has been registered. If you do not receive this email immediately after registering, please check your spam folder.
Image rights – By registering for the One Forest Summit, you de facto authorize the organizers to freely use the documents bearing your image with a view to their conservation and distribution for any publication that the organizer deems appropriate, without limitation in space and time.
By asking to register, you accept that the personal data you provide will be used strictly by the organizers of the One Forest Summit within the framework of the summit and the communication of the One Planet Summit, and this within the framework of the European general data protection regulation (GDPR).
